Returns Policy
At Pastry Perfection we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Should your delivery be damaged in transit, Pastry Perfection will be happy to resend the goods. To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original goods upon delivery of your resend.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee. Exclusions to this apply if the items to be sent have been specifically purchased by Pastry Perfection for the client. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Privacy Policy
At Pastry Perfection we are committed to the protection of your personal information. We collect personal information simply to process your order. This information may include your name, e-mail address, contact phone number, credit card type, credit card number and credit card expiration date.
When you make an order we also collect information that allows us to make-up and deliver your order; this includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s) as well as personalised card messages.
Our staff to fulfill your order only uses your information (with the exception of your e-mail address and unless instructed otherwise) in relation to your current order. Your messages are kept strictly confidential and credit card numbers are destroyed after a specified time in accordance with general banking practices.
Pastry Perfection will not sell or release your personal information to any organisation or person outside of the company under any circumstances, unless required by law or in cases where unlawful activity, such as fraudulent credit card use, is suspected.
